TERMS OF USE
PURCHASE AND CONTRACT CONDITIONS
The following is the contractual document that will govern the contracting of products and services through the website www.sanferminshopping.com, owned by ALBERTO ESTUDIO FOTOGRAFICO, SL. Acceptance of this document implies that the user:
- You have read, understand and understand what is stated here.
- That he is a person with sufficient capacity to contract.
- That it assumes all the obligations set forth herein.
These conditions will have an indefinite period of validity and will be applicable to all contracts made through the provider's website www.sanferminshopping.com.
The provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify said Conditions, without this affecting the goods or promotions that were acquired prior to the modification.
The Client acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions will imply the application of these to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent order, with the exception of those cases in which new conditions are brought to their attention by ALBERTO ESTUDIO FOTOGRAFICO, SL. The fact that ALBERTO ESTUDIO FOTOGRAFICO, SL does not resort to any of these conditions at any given time cannot be interpreted nor will it be equivalent to waiving resorting to them in the future or in the past.
IDENTITY OF THE PARTIES
On the one hand, the provider of the goods or services contracted by the user is ALBERTO ESTUDIO FOTOGRAFICO, SL with registered office at C / GUELBENZU, 35 31005 PAMPLONA (NAVARRA) and professional address at C / CHAPITELA, 24 - 31001 PAMPLONA (NAVARRA) , with CIF B31558281 and with a customer service phone number (+34) 948 221 842, and from another,
The user, registered on the website by his name and surname, over which he has full responsibility for use and being responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided to the provider.
OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship of purchase and sale born between the provider and the user at the moment in which the latter carries out the online contracting process.
The contractual relationship of sale entails the delivery, in exchange for a certain price and publicly exposed through the website, of a specific product or service.
CONTRACTING PROCEDURE
The contracting procedure can only be carried out in the Spanish language. In the event that it could be carried out in another language, it will be indicated before starting the contracting procedure.
In order to access the services offered by the provider, the user must register through the website using her name and surname, so the user must freely and voluntarily provide the personal data that will be required.
The user may not enter as a user name words that are intended to confuse others by identifying him as a member of the provider, as well as abusive, insulting expressions and in general, contrary to the law or the requirements of morality and good manners.
It is reported that in accordance with what is required by art. 27 of Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, the contracting procedure will follow the following steps:

In any case, the provider's contracting platform will inform the user, once the contracting procedure is completed, via email regarding all the characteristics, price, forms of transport, contracting date and delivery estimate of the contracted product or service.
DELIVERY OF ORDERS
The delivery of the orders will be made at the delivery address freely designated by the user. In this way, the provider does not assume any responsibility for when the delivery of the product or service does not take place as a result of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company, assigned for this purpose, as is the absence of the recipient.
An order is considered delivered at the moment the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document.
If at the time of receipt of the order a product arrives in poor condition, the user must send the store within the following 24 hours by email the address info@sanferminshopping.com, the images and details necessary to justify the problem . The store will carry out the necessary checks and take the corresponding measures, making a voucher for the amount of the product or a refund of the amount in the event that it is your responsibility or that of the transport company.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the provider must adopt the measures required of a diligent merchant so that the delivery can be made in the agreed time, and if not, as soon as possible, to the satisfaction of the sender as well as the recipient, so it cannot claim any responsibility against the provider. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be neither departure nor delivery of orders. However its delay will not imply or cancel the order or any compensation.
PRICE AND TERM OF VALIDITY OF THE OFFER
The prices indicated for each product include the Value Added Tax (VAT) and in any case will be expressed in Euro (€), being valid except for typographical errors. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they do not include shipping, handling, wrapping, shipping insurance or any other additional services attached to the product or service purchased.
The prices applicable to each product will be those published on the website and applied automatically by the contracting process in the last phase of the same. The client assumes that in any case the economic valuation of some of the products may vary in real time. In any case, this will always be previously communicated to users. Offers on products for sale on www.sanferminshopping.com will be displayed in the "Offers" section or will be indicated in the product file and, if not indicated otherwise, will be valid as long as they are displayed on the screen.
The offers presented by SANFERMINSHOPPING are valid within the limit of available stocks. SANFERMINSHOPPING reserves the right to modify the assortment of products depending on the difficulties imposed by the time of campaign or stocks. Any payment made to the provider will entail the issuance of an invoice in the name of the registered user. This invoice will be automatically sent to the email address provided by the user, as well as sent along with the product purchased.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The user will have a period of 14 calendar days counted from the date of receipt of the product to return it. Unless the return is made due to defects in the product or does not correspond to what is requested in the order, the shipping costs will be assumed by the user. In any case, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
However, the right of withdrawal will not apply to those products and / or services that are established as exceptions marked in Art. 103 of Legislative RD 01/2007, of November 16 (TRLDGCU), as for example and indicated without Limiting nature, products made to measure or personalized for the client or sealed products that cannot be returned due to hygiene or health reasons.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDITION
These conditions will be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation in that which is not expressly established. The provider and the user agree to submit any controversy that may arise from the provision of the products or services subject to these Conditions, to the Courts and Tribunals of the user's domicile.
In the event that the user is domiciled outside of Spain, the provider and the user expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Pamplona, Comunidad Foral de Navarra (Spain).
